2026 Sigurd Town Chip Seal Project

Project Description: BID DATE: JUNE 17, 2026 BY NOON
BID OPENING: JUNE 17, 2026 7 PM, SIGURD TOWN HALL COUNCIL MEETING
Sigurd Town hereby requests bids for chip seal coating on various town streets.
The deadline for final completion is August 31, 2026.
Bids will be accepted at Sigurd Town Hall located at 595 North State Street Sigurd, Utah 84657 to the attention of: Sigurd Town Council by 12:00 noon on Wednesday, June 17th , 2026.

Description: The project includes chip sealing on specified roads, along with any necessary work for preparation
and cleanup, traffic control, and notification to affected adjacent landowners.
Evaluation of Quotes: Each quote received shall be evaluated for responsiveness in as outlined in the Utah Procurement Code. This RFQ shall be evaluated by the objective criteria described in this RFQ. Quotes submitted must comply with the specification identified in this RFQ. Multiple or alternate quotes will not be accepted. If a vendor submits multiple or alternate quotes, the State will only accept the bidder's primary bid and will not accept any other bids constituting multiple or alternate bids. Any exceptions to the content of this RFQ, including the specifications, must be protested in writing to the Division of Purchasing prior to the closing date. The Division of Purchasing may solicit other quotes via email, phone, or other methods as permitted by the Utah Procurement Code or applicable Administrative Rules.
