Tarrant County is requesting bids to remove the existing air-cooled chillers and replace them with two (2) new 100 ton air-cooled chillers. The current chillers are twenty-four (24) years old and do not have redundancy. The new chillers will have redundancy, ensuring that if one chiller fails, the other will be capable of maintaining the building’s cooling requirements.
This bid will be awarded to a single contractor who meets or exceeds all specified requirements.
