This is a materials-only purchase; no installation labor is included in this scope.

Description: Line voltage (120/230/277 VAC, 50/60 Hz) dual-technology (PIR and 40kHz ultrasonic) wall switch occupancy sensor with 0-10V dimming, white finish. Mounts to a standard single-gang NEMA-style switch box. Detection coverage of 21 ft minor motion and 54 ft tangential, suited for enclosed spaces up to approximately 18 ft x 15 ft.

No substitutions will be accepted

The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) will award this project to the lowest-cost responsive and responsible supplier. The awarded supplier must include all applicable costs for delivery, setup, and warranty in their submission.

Substitutions are not permitted unless explicitly authorized within the solicitation documentation.

All pricing must be clearly entered into the OhioBuys item grid. If a separate quote is submitted, the total must exactly match the amount listed in the item grid. Discrepancies may result in disqualification.

DBH reserves the right to purchase up to the full quantities specified in the sourcing project.
