Project Description: The Division of Facility Construction and Management (DFCM) is seeking the services of qualified Contractors to provide structural plan review services for statewide capital development and improvement projects.
Development projects are typically fast-tracked, phased construction projects and include deferred submittal documents. They may include multiple bid packages along with multiple deferred submittals.
Improvement projects are typically submitted as complete documents.
