The intent of this solicitation is to obtain professional Cost Estimating and Cost Validation Services (CVS) in support of the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) delivery of the LâEnfant Station and Fourth Track Improvements Project (LEF Project). The Consultant shall provide objective, independent, and auditable cost estimating and validation services throughout design development, preconstruction, and Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) development for the LEF Project.
