MANDATORY pre-bid conference/site visit at District Court of Maryland, Carter H. Hickman Multi-Service Center, 120 Broadway, Centreville, MD 21617-1092. If State of Maryland offices are closed or there is a delayed opening due to weather, the pre-bid conference/site visit will be rescheduled for a later date. The Procurement Officer will post in the Procurement Portal any updates based on weather, etc. by 8:30 a.m.
