The AER is seeking proposals from professional compensation consulting firms with extensive energy and public sector experience to provide the AER with services on an “as needed” and / or project basis.
Potential projects include benchmarking against peer companies; recommending competitive positioning; reviewing job evaluation methodology, salary structure, and compensation framework; conducting pay equity analysis; and other compensation consulting as needed
