The Town of Darien requires the services of an engineering/ landscape architectural firm to provide professional design, construction documentation, and construction administration services associated with the development of early access on Great Island in Darien CT. The firm shall provide engineering design/landscape architectural services including, but not limited to, drawings and specification documents comprising of site civil engineering, site structural, site electrical, site plumbing, site sewer, lighting design, technical specification writing, cost estimating and any other services as required for the construction of Great Island early access.
