Overview
The City of Greer(" the City") has received an executed grant agreement from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWWA) to develop a Safety Action Plan under the Safe Streets for All (SS4A) grant. The City is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified engineering firms to develop and complete a safety action plan, that meets the requirements outlined in the SS4A grant agreement. The safety action plan should work to identify possible solutions to high-risk areas in Greer's transportation network.
