The Western Virginia Water Authority (Authority) will receive sealed bids for the purchase of surplus property located in Franklin County, Virginia, which is described below. Bids will be received at the Authority’s Water Pollution Control Plant Administrative Office, located at 1502 Brownlee Avenue, S.E., Roanoke, Virginia, 24014 until 2:00 p.m. local time on Friday, December 20, 2024, at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
