Project Description: The plan will address core elements of comprehensive planning— needs and opportunities, community goals and vision, future land use, economic development, housing, transportation, environment, sustainability and resiliency, broadband, a five-year community work program, and a report of accomplishments—plus arts, culture, and placemaking. Planning must account for potential disrupters and emerging trends.
