Description
DeKalb County (hereby referred to as ¿the County¿) seeks to generate electricity from behind-the-meter solar PV at selected municipal properties. The goals of the program are to increase the County¿s renewable energy capacity, reduce energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions, create workforce development opportunities and serve as a model to other governmental municipalities and the commercial sector on how to deploy solar, and provide educational opportunities about the benefits of renewable energy
