The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a Sole Source procurement action with
National Design & Trade Network, Inc, DBA Interior Solutions for the procurement of the
following service:
The contractor shall provide all necessary tools, equipment, materials, transportation, labor,
supervision and management to perform bi-annual preventative maintenance services for six (6)
SpaceSaver ActivRAC mobile systems located on the AMARG Complex.
This award is being conducted utilizing policies in FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial
Products and Commercial Services, specifically FAR 12.102, Restricting competition.
IAW DFARS PGI 206.103-170, the intent of this sources sought is to identify any additional
authorized service providers for ActivRAC SpaceSaver mobile systems. This is not a request for
competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge this One Reasonable Source action must
submit a capabilities statement that demonstrates the firm’s technical expertise, certifications,
and authorization to compete for this acquisition as an authorized service provider for this
equipment. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All
interested firms must respond to RFI number FA4877-26-Q-A058 by Thursday, 12 Mar 2026,
4:00 PM PST to Contracting Officer Patricia Murray at patricia.murray.6@us.af.mil, phone
(520)228-3095. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the
Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is
solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely
for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The
355th Contracting Office will not reimburse any costs connected with providing the capability
information.
