College Choice Support Services (CCSS)
Request for Proposals (RFP)
In alignment with its agency mission, the New York City Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) has created the College Choice program. College Choice is a program within the Office of Youth Success Services within ACS’ Division of Family Permanency Services. College Choice offers benefits such as financial support for college housing, both on-campus and off-campus; tuition and fee reimbursement after the application of available financial aid and other financial resources. The overarching goal of this program is to support students pursuing a degree to complete their studies, while helping become independent adults. Through this RFP, ACS has created the College Choice Support Services (CCSS) program to assist ACS in facilitating and implementing various College Choice program components.
