COPP PARK TRAILS
It is the intent of this “Request for Proposal" to establish a vendor to supply the Town of Groton with qualified contractors for the enhancement and renovation of trail sections within Copp Family Park, a 227-acre park in the northern section of Groton. The prospective bidder must complete the bid form and company information sheet, but need not return the entire Request for Proposal. The bidder is not to include any taxes from which the Town is exempted by law. The Town will complete any tax exemption forms that the successful vendor may require if such forms are within the Town's legal parameters.
