16 September 2025- Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the Statement of Work (SOW) and update Attachment 01 to JRM FES Large Logo High Resolution. See Amendment 0001 SF 30 attached.



**All previously submitted quotes must be resubmitted after the posting of this amendment in order to be considered for award.**



ALL AMENDMENTS MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED IN ACCORDANCE WITH BLOCK 11 OF THE SF 30





16 September 2025- The following questions were received and answered:



Question 1: Do you have a printing preference?



Government Response: There is no printing process preference. However, the t-shirts must comply with the quality standards outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).



Question 2: I am working on a quote but am unable to find a SOW in the documentation attached to the notice. Will a SOW be attached to the notice at a later date?



Government Response: The original SOW is located on pages 15-17 of the SF 1449. Review the SF-30 (Amendment 0001) for the updated SOW.



Questions 3: What is the fabric material that is required?



Government Response: Refer to the SOW



Question 4: Does is have to be Barry amendment compliant?



Government Response: No



Question 5: Does this purchase fall under the Berry Amendment requirements, which means the shirts must be 100% made in the US? Or can we use shirts imported from outside the US?



Government Response: The Berry Amendment does not apply to this requirement. However, the Buy American Statute does. Refer to the SF 1449.



Question 6: What are the logo dimensions?



Government Response: Department logo 4 inch x 4 inch (SOW updated accordingly).



Question 7: What color does the t-shirts need to be?



Government Response: Refer to the SOW



Question 8: How does the logo need to be applied to shirt meaning is it screen printed or heat transferred.



Government Response: There is no printing process preference. However, the t-shirts must comply with the quality standards outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).



Question 9: Where will the logo be placed on the t-shirt?



Government Response: Refer to the SOW



Question 10: Your material requirements state cotton. Do you want 100% cotton, or a mixed composition, such as 50% cotton, 50% polyester?



Government Response: 100% cotton



Question 11: Do you have a desired printing type: silkscreen printing or heat transfer for example?



Government Response: There is no printing process preference. However, the t-shirts must comply with the quality standards outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).



Question 12: The front logo image you added is low resolution and not suitable for printing. Can you tell me if we can get this image in high resolution or in vector format?
