The project consists of the construction of a single-story, 6,869 sq. ft. fire station. The building package includes:
¿ Pre-engineered metal building components
¿ Concrete block construction
¿ Wood stud framing with split-face block veneer
¿ Standing seam metal roofing
¿ Slab-on-grade foundation
No site work is included. All site work will be performed under a separate contract; this bid covers the building package only.

Bid Security and Requirements
¿ A Bid Bond equal to at least 5% of the Base Bid is required.
¿ Additional bidding requirements are outlined in Document 00 21 13 ¿ Instructions to Bidders.
¿ Bids must be submitted using the provided Bid Form; supplementary materials may be included as needed.
¿ All bids must remain irrevocable for 30 days following submission.
