The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the construction and operation of an indoor aquatic facility within the city limits of St. Joseph, Missouri. Proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph until 3:00 P.M. on February 19, 2025.
