The Department of General Services, on behalf of the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, is seeking an administrator to facilitate the continued development and implementation of the Pennsylvania Outdoor Corps, a statewide program that offers work experience, job training and educational opportunities to young people who complete recreation and conservation projects throughout Pennsylvania. Projects are developed by DCNR in partnership with local partners and the selected Offeror.
