Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the NYC Procurement Policy Board Rule t he New York City Fire Department intends to enter into sole source negotiations with WAHTS Technologies Inc to procure Wireless Automated Hearing Test System (WAHTS AC 1) and Audhere Software.

Any vendor, besides WAHTS Technologies Inc  that believes they can provide this Wireless Automated Hearing Test System (WAHTS AC 1) and Audhere Software is invited to express its interest by submitting a response in PASSPort (see uploaded file in documents section of FRx). Complete the Acknowledgement tab and submit a response in the Manage Responses Questionnaire tab. If you have questions about the details of the RFx please submit them through the Discussion with buyer tab.
