Description

The Summer Villages on Sylvan Lake are seeking qualified contractors to submit quotations to complete multiple road reconstruction/rehabilitation projects in the 2025 season. The Summer Villages on Sylvan Lake include five municipalities: Jarvis Bay, Half Moon Bay, Norglenwold, Birchcliff, and Sunbreaker Cove. In 2023 a road assessment report was conducted and recommendations provided based on selected pavement quality indexes chosen by respective councils. The 2025 scope seeks to address two road locations in the Summer Village of Jarvis Bay noted in the RFQ document.
