Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals endorsed “Generator
Replacement/Repair at Thomas Water Treatment Plant” to be furnished to the City of Winston-Salem will
be received per bid document instructions by the City/County Purchasing Department until 1:00 PM, March 4,
2026. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
