Statewide Recipient Success Manager & Project Representative

The SID within Development seeks a consultant that will be responsible for tracking the public and private responsibilities and progress on projects where the State intends to commit funds from the All Ohio Future Fund (AOFF). The selected Offeror will ensure that scheduling objectives are met, budgets and charges are appropriate to project sizes and scopes, and progress is reported regularly to Development. The selected Offeror will also assist with prospective analysis of AOFF applications.

SID is seeking vendors with demonstrated knowledge in the fields of infrastructure construction, water/sewer infrastructure, land preparation including environmental compliance and demolition, roadwork and administrative support. The selected vendor will have significant experience in project management and will facilitate project validation, monitoring and reporting on progress of AOFF supported projects throughout the State.
