Actuarial Valuation of Health Benefit Fund 8080 and Disability Fund 8070 for FY24 and FY25

The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is soliciting for an actuarial valuation of Health Benefit Fund 8080 and Disability Fund 8070 for State Fiscal Years 2024 and 2025. See the attached Scope of Services for the work and deliverables required.

The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is soliciting for an actuarial valuation of Health Benefit Fund 8080 and Disability Fund 8070 for State Fiscal Years 2024 and 2025. See the attached Scope of Services for the work and deliverables required.

The Offeror must provide responses that meet the Mandatory Requirements Questions specified by this solicitation. Responses that do not meet the Mandatory Requirements will be rejected.

The Offerer must provide responeses to the Technical Evaluation Questions specified by this solicitation. See the attached Scoring Criteria document to show the points and weights assigned to the Technical Evaluation Questions and the Cost Proposal.

The Offeror also must provide a cost for the FY24 valuations and for the FY25 valuations.

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote.

Completion of the item grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation. No outside/additional documentation will be considered.

The included State of Ohio Standard Terms and Conditions form part of the contract resulting from this solicitation. No exceptions or additional terms and conditions will be accepted.

Contractor selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote.

DAS may execute a written contract with the awarded supplier.

At its sole discretion, DAS may renew these services for up to four years.
