VCC is looking to engage the services of a qualified proponent or proponent team to assist the College in moving toward implementation of the Broadway Campus Plan. Specifically, the College is looking to engage a qualified proponent to assist the College in its work with the City of Vancouver in the development of a new Policy Statement for the Broadway campus and subsequently to apply for rezoning of the Broadway campus site such that the proposed development can occur.
