Human Resources Capital Management Systems
This Request for Proposals identifies a business opportunity for qualified proponents to provide a new Human Capital Management System (HCMS), allowing BC Ferries to transform and digitize its HR Function, enhance the employee experience and streamline its HR processes to address key current state challenges and simplify the HR technology landscape.
Organizations interested in reviewing the bid package must download the RFP document, and choose the attachments listed under RFP Documents.
Note that it is the Proponent's responsibility to check BC Bid for additional posted documents e.g., addendum and Q&A documents that may be issued up until the closing date and time.
