Description
The Board of Education of School District No. 35 (Langley) (“SD35”) invites responses from Flooring Contractors to prequalify for projects arising through February 29, 2028.
The purpose of this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) is to evaluate the capabilities, experience, track record and resources of the proponents who are interested in pre-qualifying to bid on the replacement and repairs of three (3) types of flooring; Vinyl Composite Tile, Carpet Tile and Sheet Flooring as described within.
Based on the review of the RFPQ Responses, The Board of Education of School District No.35 (Langley) intends to establish a source “List” of up to Five (05) Qualified Flooring Contractors who, on an “as, if and when requested” basis, may be contacted directly, or asked to compete, to enter into a Contract(s) for the provision of the services.
