All portions of the saw base are fabricated with a heavy gauge steel and normalized, a metallurgical process to ensure all stress is removed before machining and drilling for saw cutting heads and guide fence.

Fletcher AMP’s MN-355 is a Heavy Duty Double Miter Saw designed to cut 45° mitre joints in Wood, MDF, Plastics and Aluminum Materials. The heavy duty design is achieved using precision machined cast components for saw head, pivot assembly and motor base. It has a 96" manual measuring table, and a cut capacity 4” high 6” wide.

This specific saw specifications are essential to the work we will be doing to support comment, and the TD’s mission, including, but not limited to, frame cutting (including frames that will vary in size from small to very large wall maps), and double cut which creates less wasted materials. It is specifically designed for high-precision, production-level double mitre cutting, and designed to cut two 45-degree mitres simultaneously on a single piece of material, ideal for picture framing. This saw has an enclosed safety cabinet, reducing the risk of injury.
