Description
The DISTRICT intends to procure the fabrication, and delivery of one (1) main steam stop valve (MSSV) F.O.B. (freight prepaid) to Sheldon Station (SS) located near Hallam, Nebraska. The MSSV is used to isolate the boiler from the steam turbine and to allow hydrostatic testing of the boiler to check for boiler tube leaks.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details
A non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held at 10:00 a.m., CDT, July 16, 2025. The purpose of the meeting will be to review the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this meeting. If you plan to participate, information to join the meeting can be found on the ProcureWare website at www.nppd.com under Bids & Contracts.
