Description

The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 1 NSN 2530-01-521-8242.

An Indefinite Quantity Contract of a 1 year base period with 4 one year option periods is

anticipated. The total duration of the base period shall not exceed 5 years.

This is Unrestricted With Other Than Full and Open Competition. The

request for proposal (RFP) will be available July 15, 2025 at

https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP. Hard copies are not available.

Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP.

Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible

sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. It is

the esponsibility of the offeror to obtain the additional data that is

necessary to manufacture the items and provide this evidence to the

Government. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars.

Items will be solicited utilizing FAR Part 12. While price may be a significant

factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based

upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and

other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
