Request for Proposals will be received by the Office of the Director of Finance, Room 204, Portland Town Hall, 33 East Main Street, Portland Connecticut 06480 until 11:00 a.m. EST on January 29, 2026 for the following: Professional services for the reappraisal and revaluation of all taxable and exempt real property within the Corporate limits of the Town of Portland, Connecticut effective for the October 1, 2026 Grand List.
