Project Description: The City of Bowling Green, Kentucky ("City" or "Owner") hereby invites qualified Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR") firms to submit proposals for Construction Manager at Risk services for Municipal Building Project. This solicitation is conducted in accordance with the Kentucky Model Procurement Code, specifically KRS 45A.183, which authorizes the use of the Construction Management-at-Risk project delivery method for public capital construction projects. The Owner/CMAR agreement shall be AIA A133-2019 including, but not limited to, AIA A201-2017.
