Description

Sourcewell and Canoe are seeking proposals for Airside Ground Support Equipment (GSE) with Related Services and Solutions used to maintain aircraft in airfield operation areas including but not limited to the following. New, refurbished, and leased equipment options related to a-f below may be considered. Pushback tractors; Ground power units, pre-conditioned air units, and air start units; Baggage and cargo handling equipment; Lavatory, potable water, and aircraft maintenance trucks; Passenger boarding bridges, stairs, and access ramps; and, Aircraft re-fueling equipment. In addition to the primary solutions offered, proposers may offer complementary products and services directly related to those GSE solutions in a-f above, including but not limited to the following: rentals, GSE fleet management systems, GSE pooling services, aircraft deicing equipment, dollies, bobtail trucks, replacement parts, electric GSE and charging stations, autonomous equipment, and ducting. The term of any resulting contract(s) awarded by Sourcewell under this solicitation will be four years. Sourcewell and supplier may agree to up to three additional one-year extensions based on the best interests of Sourcewell and its Participating Entities. Sourcewell retains the right to consider additional extensions beyond seven years as required under exceptional circumstances. Only proposals submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal will be considered. Proposer’s complete proposal must be submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal no later than the date and time specified in the Solicitation Schedule. Any other form of proposal submission, whether electronic, paper, or otherwise, will not be considered by Sourcewell. Only complete proposals that are timely submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal will be considered. Late proposals will not be considered. It is the Proposer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the proposal is received on time. Following submission of proposals, negotiations may be permitted.
