Description

VA VISN 22 Network Contracting Office 22, Long Beach, CA intends to award a firm fixed price Contract for Window Cleaning Services. In accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06. NAICS Code is 561210. The Request for Proposal is 36C26226R0050. The solicitation shall be available on or about February 11, 2026. This procurement is to obtain Window Cleaning Services for the Department of Veteran Affairs Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System located at 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90073, the Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center (SACC) located at 16111 Plummer Street, North Hills, CA 91343 and the Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Center (LAACC) located at 351 East Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012.
The contract period shall be for one (1) base year, with the Government having the option to exercise four (4) one-year option periods.
