The principal items of work and approximate quantities are:
Clean out and plug six (6) orphan gas wells, estimated to be 1700 to 2200 feet in depth, to Department specifications. Prepare and restore well sites/site. Mobilize and demobilize plugging equipment. Beginning on the Issue Date, free copies of bid documents can be obtained by going to www.BidExpress.com, PA Department of Environmental Protection. MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE is scheduled for January 28, 2026, at 10 a.m. Representatives from the Department will meet the contractors at Adelman Fields, 299 Old Plank Road, Butler, PA. Meet in parking lot of baseball field. 40.824529, -79.909805. FAILURE TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE CAUSE FOR REJECTION OF THE BID. |
