Description

Requirement

Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement to establish a National Master Standing Offer for the as and when needed purchase and delivery of Military Tires for the purposes of emergency response and national defence.
Potential offerors must be able to provide all of the listed tires as the emergency and defence facet of this requirement requires a single point of contact for fleet buyers for the fast and efficient management of stocks of these items.
This is an Advanced Contract Award Notice (ACAN) as the Technical Authority believes that there is only one supplier capable of delivering this requirement. Suppliers who consider themselves fully qualified and available to provide the goods described in the ACAN may submit a statement of capabilities in writing to the contact person identified in this notice on or before the closing date of this notice.
