Project Description: Hillsborough County intends to recommend the modification to a noncompetitive procurement with Intergraph Corporation d/b/a/ Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence Division for continued ongoing and as-needed software and support services for the County's Computerized Maintenance Work Management System, MP-2, and EAM 70 systems, in the amount of $236,399.20, for services through January 8, 2026. The functionality of this software platform allows the County to consolidate common business processes, thereby reducing the County’s technology footprint and ultimately improving its cyber security posture. In addition, leverage cloud-based solution features that are currently being utilized by multiple County departments, provide networking, payment platforms, customer care, billing, asset management, customer service, and other information technology services to meet various operational needs. This procurement is being made in accordance with the County’s Procurement Policy Section 3-208(10) and is considered a noncompetitive procurement because Intergraph Corporation d/b/a/ Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence Division is the only authorized vendor in the State of Florida that can provide the software licenses and associated proprietary maintenance and technical support services that the County requires. The County reserves the right to extend the time period further, adjust the scope of services in response to changing conditions and updated requirements, and increase the resulting award accordingly. Contractors who believe that they can provide goods and services that are substantially and materially the same as those identified in the attached Modification Agreement must submit clear and convincing information to support a challenge to the intended award. Challenges to this notice must be received no later than the Close Date of the Sole Source (SS) Project and must be directed to the primary contact listed above using the “messages” section in Bonfire for this particular procurement. After this date, an award will be made. The County will review properly submitted challenges (responses) to determine whether bona fide competition exists.
