NTVs - Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR) will execute Trojan Footprint 2026, a biannual multinational exercise conducted across the U.S. European Command (EUCOM) Area of Responsibility. To support personnel movement, logistics, and mission execution, SOCEUR requires a variety of leased non-tactical vehicles (NTVs).
