Sealed Bid Proposals will be received by the City of Tuscaloosa, at the Council Chamber of City
Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. local time for this
project, at which time bids will be opened and read.

Pre-Bid Conference: Attendance at the MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference is required in order for
a General Contractor to submit a bid on this Project. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the
Council Chamber of City Hall, 2201 University Boulevard, on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
local time.

Project Scope: Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation by means of Cured-In-Place Pipe Liner (CIPP). Three
(3) 24” Point Repairs and 352 LF of 24” CIPP.
Award of the contract will be made within fifty (50) calendar days from the date of the bid
opening.

Plans and Specifications: Plans and specifications and all related Contract Documents are open
for public inspection at the office of Bryan Gurney, P.E., located at 4010 Reese Phifer Ave.,
Tuscaloosa, AL 35401 and plans, specifications and other elements of the contract documents
may be obtained from the City of Tuscaloosa Water & Sewer Department - Bryan Gurney, P.E.,
designated as the office of the awarding authority for this purpose, located at 4010 Reese Phifer
