This is a REBID of the RFP previously issued in July, 2025.
The project consists of preparing conceptual design through schematic design documents for the design of the Exploration and Terrace Gardens at the conservatory. The design should incorporate a new greenhouse, indoor rental space, outdoor event space, and more diverse plantings utilizing sustainable gardening techniques.
