Description

The Board of Education of School District No. 38 (Richmond) invites Proposals for a roofing contractors(s) for the provision of professional services, working collaboratively with the District in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the RFT, for the roof replacement for the new elementary school at Odlin Crescent, Richmond, BC.

Estimated project start date is March 31, 2026.
Construction completion date is August 14,2026.

Mandatory site visit will be on February 12, 2026, starting at 9:00 AM PST. 8671 Odlin Crescent, Richmond, BC V6X 1G1As this is a construction site, Personal Protective Equipment (hard hat, reflective vest, steel-toe boots) is required.
