RFP - ADA Transition Plan

Brunswick County is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to develop a comprehensive Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) Transition Plan to ensure compliance with Title II of the ADA and applicable accessibility standards, including the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design.

The purpose of this project is to evaluate the County’s programs, services, activities, and physical assets to identify barriers to accessibility and develop a prioritized, actionable plan for achieving and maintaining compliance.

The selected consultant will provide a systematic, data-driven approach that includes field assessments, stakeholder engagement, regulatory analysis, and implementation planning.
