The City of San Marcos is formally notify all prospective respondents that the On-Call FacilitiesGeotechnical and Materials Testing Professional Services RFQ, #2025-094 is hereby cancelled in its entirety .

No further action is required from respondents. The City will not be accepting, receiving, or evaluating any submissions related to this solicitation.

If the Project is reissued under a future RFQ, the City will publish a new solicitation on the City’s e-procurement portal.
