| Project Details | The New York State Office of General Services Design & Construction Group (OGS D&C) on behalf of the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) intends to contract with up to four (4) firms to provide technical consultation and engineering services for projects relating to Flood Protection & Dam Safety Engineering and Mapping Services. Firms must possess a strong environmental and coastal engineering background as assigned tasks will primarily be in these areas of expertise with an occasional requirement of civil/site, plumbing, structural, mechanical, and electrical, engineering. Other tasks may also include energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability. The majority of projects will involve the rehabilitation and/or upgrade of existing facilities, and the development of coastal erosion hazard maps or floodplain maps. | ||
