The City of Rock Hill, South Carolina (City) and Housing Development Corporation of Rock Hill (HDCRH) are seeking competitive proposals from qualified companies to provide the City and HDCRH with management services for the rental of 29 homes owned by the HDCRH and six (6) properties owned by the City.
Background
The 29 HDCRH units are composed of single family, scattered site homes and duplexes. The six (6) properties for the City are a mix of two (2) commercial warehouses, two (2) single-family homes, and two (2) mobile home lots. The City is responsible for the well and septic maintenance at the mobile home lots. The mobile home unit itself is owned by the tenant, who pays rent on the lot. Monthly rents range from $250 to $1,950.
