OM Irwin School Control Upgrade, Swift Current, SK
Synopsis:
The Chinook School Division (the Owner), seeks bids to upgrade the existing controls system by replacing all remaining pneumatic controls at O.M. Irwin School for a stipulated price. Works consists of, but is not limited to, removal of all existing pneumatics (tubing, valves, thermostats, etc.), replacement of existing heating valves, and some minor ventilation revisions. The project must be substantially completed by August 15th, 2026.
Bids are to be submitted electronically or in person before 2 p.m. on March 26th, 2026. Any bids received after the Bid submission deadline will be returned to the bidder unopened.
Bids shall be emailed to the consultant at hda@hdaeng.com or delivered in person to 2334 8th avenue in Regina, Saskatchewan. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified cheque for 10% of the bid.
A site walk through is scheduled for Thursday, March 12th, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at O.M. Irwin School. The address is 999 George Street East, Swift Current, Saskatchewan. Contractors shall notify HDA Engineering Ltd. of their intention to attend, a minimum of 24 hours prior to the walkthrough. Notification can be by email at hda@hdaeng.com or by phone at 306-525-8915.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders will be accepted from qualified Mechanical Contractors. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified.
