Title: Foreign Language Audio and Video Translation Services

Bid Synopsis: The Department of Health Services (DHS), Office of the Secretary (OS), is seeking to contract with a vendor to provide foreign language post-production audio and video translation services. The State of Wisconsin routinely conducts business with clients who have Limited English Proficiency (LEP). In order to meet the needs of our clients the State must publish vital documents and information in multiple languages. The bid will provide a variety of services, including but not limited to audio recording, and video editing services for foreign language specific to transcription, subtitling, dubbing, voice-over, or manipulation, of English to non-English languages or from non-English languages to English. DHS will provide already created English material that will need to be modified to meet the needs of non-English audiences.

These services may not exceed $50,000.00 (fifty-thousand dollars) in total.
