This solicitation aims to provide nursing and habilitative services at the State's seven (7) Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID) in Maricopa , Pinal, Gila and Pima Counties. P rovide habilitative services at the State’s seven (7) State Operated Group Homes (SOGH) for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IID) in Maricopa, Pinal, Gila, and Pima Counties. Services include providing health care, and supporting habilitative and active treatment services to individuals that have been determined eligible for services provided by the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). |
