Steam Room Wall Rehabilitation
Synopsis:

The City of Estevan invites tenders from qualified contractors for the rehabilitation of the steam room at the Estevan Leisure Centre in Estevan, Saskatchewan.

The work generally includes removal and disposal of existing tile finishes and associated materials, inspection and repair of the underlying substrate, installation of a steam-rated waterproofing and vapour control system, and installation of new ceramic tile finishes including walls, and ceiling surfaces. Work also includes epoxy grout installation, sealants, and final cleaning and commissioning of the steam room area.

The project must be completed within the scheduled facility shutdown period as specified in the Tender Documents.

Tenders will be evaluated using a best-value approach based on tender price, contractor experience and qualifications, past performance on similar projects, construction schedule, and safety program.

Electronic and hard copy tenders will be received by the City of Estevan in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders contained in the Tender Documents.
