Hot Tub Rehabilitation

Synopsis:

|
The City of Estevan is inviting tenders for the Hot Tub Interior Rehabilitation at the Estevan Leisure Centre. The work includes removal of existing tile and finishes, repair of the concrete hot tub shell, installation of a bonded waterproof membrane system, installation of new slip-resistant tile and epoxy grout, sealing of penetrations, flood testing, and commissioning of the hot tub.
The successful contractor will coordinate with the City’s mechanical contractor performing jet and drain replacements. Work is scheduled to commence April 13, 2026, with substantial completion required by May 29, 2026.
Tenders will be evaluated using a best-value approach based on tender price, contractor experience and qualifications, past performance on similar projects, construction schedule, and safety program.
Electronic or hardcopy tenders will be received by the City of Estevan in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders contained in the Tender Documents.
